British Citizenship Test - Terms and Conditions

RESALE OF THIS CD IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND IS A BREECH OF COPYRIGHT

 

You agree that when you proceed with your purchase of Interactive CD via the britishcitizenship-test website at britishcitizenship-test.co.uk (the "Site") that a contract will be created between you and us on the terms set out below (the "Agreement"). References to "we", "our" and "us" are references to britishcitizenship-test. "britishcitizenship-test" is a trade mark. References to "you" and "your" are references to the individual in respect of whom the Interactive CD of britishcitizenship-test is being purchased for.


OUR OBLIGATIONS TO YOU

  1. We shall provide you with a copy of our Interactive Test CD upon payment for the CD to aid you in passing the UK Citizen test.

  2. Whilst we try to ensure that the Website and the Interactive Test CD do not contain any error, defect, malfunction or corruption, we do not accept responsibility for any damage to or loss of data on your computer system, network or server that results from the download or use of the Website or any materials made available via the Website.

YOUR OBLIGATIONS TO US

  1. Under NO circumstances whatsoever shall customers distribute the courseware contained on the British Citizenship Test Interactive Test CD.

  2. Under NO circumstances whatsoever shall customers copy the courseware contained on the British Citizenship Test Interactive Test CD.

  3. Under NO circumstances whatsoever shall customers resell the British Citizenship Test Interactive Test CD. (Section 2.3 of the End User License Agreement on the CD)

REFUNDS POLICY

  1. Under NO circumstance should the CD be sent back to us unless it has been requested by our support team.  If a customer returns the product with contacting our support team, they will liable to pay £2.80 for the item to be reposted back.

  2. Any refund or return requests must be initiated within 2 working days of posting of the Interactive CD by us via email to our support team (you can contact support@britishcitizenship-test.co.uk).

  3. For a refund to be issued the CD MUST be returned in a satisfactory condition (no scratches and not damaged in any way) and received by us within 5 working days of us posting the Interactive CD to you provided you have logged an issue with our support team first (you can contact support@britishcitizenship-test.co.uk) if this a problem has not been logged first a refund WILL NOT be issued.

  4. If you require a refund the cost of P&P (£2.80) WILL be deducted from the original payment, and will only be issued if the correct returns procedure is followed.

DELIVERY & POSTAGE

  1. Your CD will be dispatched 1 day after receiving the order, in some cases it maybe dispatched on the same day.

  2. By ordering through Paypal you agree that you have provided the correct address for delivery, we will be using the delivery address provided to us through Paypal. In the event that an incorrect address has been provided and the item has been returned to us after being dispatched, you are liable to pay £2.80 for re delivery of the item.

  3. All Items are dispatched via 1st Class Royal Mail (Signed for) Post.  Someone will need to be present to sign for the item on receipt of the goods.

  4. If your item has been returned to us due to no one being present a card will be posted through your letter box by the Postman which will explain where you collect your item from. If you have not collected your item from your local Post Office collection office and your item is returned to us you will then be liable to pay £2.80 for re delivery of the item.

AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS

  1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. When we make a change we will update this page of the Website. The date of the last revision to these Terms is provided at the end of this page. We recommend that you revisit this page from time to time to ensure that you are aware of any changes that we have made to these Terms.

INDEMNITY

  1. You shall indemnify us and hold us harmless against all claims, demands, actions, costs, expenses, losses and damages arising out of or caused by any failure by you to comply with the provisions of this Agreement.

  1. The materials on this Website are protected by our and by third party copyright and other intellectual property rights.

  2. The copyright in the content provided on this website including all of the graphics, code, text products, questions and answers, software, and design is owned by britishcitizenship-test.co.uk except where otherwise indicated. All rights reserved.

  3. You are granted a limited personal non-exclusive licence to use the britishcitizenship-test.co.uk Interactive Test CD upon purchasing it for personal non-commercial home use. As such, you may NOT make copies of this website or the Interactive Test CD during your viewing of it, and you may NOT modify, copy, reproduce, re-publish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any of the britishcitizenship-test.co.uk materials or Interactive Test CD. Any use of the britishcitizenship-test.co.uk materials not expressly permitted in this Copyright Notice is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of the copyright and other intellectual property rights of britishcitizenship-test.co.uk.
